Building & Civil Works
We‘ve undertaken the construction of six mini dairy factories in six regions of the country.
You may find these projects rightly located in Anomabo, Jurapong, (KNUST) Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Faculty of Agric Farm, Kpong, Tamale Veterinary Training School, Bolga Ministry of Agriculture and Wa Ministry of Agriculture.

Civil Works at the company’s Oil and Gas platform at Takoradi.
- Construction of a 32 acre & fence wall
- Construction of security house for the site
- Construction of a drive in bridge for the site
- Drilling of borehole for the community of Ayewasa, Takoradi as part of their social responsibilities
- 4 storey-beach road (20) apartments for staff, Takoradi
Projects include
- Construction of a 30 x 11 acre fence wall annd warehouses at Tema Freezone Enclave
- Construction of a 20 x 25 fence wall for the company’s tank farm at Tema Industrial Area
- Construction of two Kindergarten school blocks in Sekondi, Diabene and Takoradi, Adakope
- Wasa Akropong Ministry of Education Administration Block
School Project
- Construction of 30 dormitories and classroom blocks for schools in the Upper West, Upper East, and the Northern region of Ghana
- St. Augustine Senior High School – Bogoso
- Suhum Presbyterian Secondary School
- Takoradi Technical School
- 30 acres land area earmarked of a gated community of about 135 houses of varying sizes and space area
- Construction of quarters and expatriates and local staff
Road Construction
The Company had a contract with the Ministry of Roads and Transport to construct feeder roads at Kpedze in the Volta Region and it has been completed.
It has other contracts in the Dangma East District Assembly to construct a feeder road at Kenya- Affiadenyigba Kasseh, Kyenamangoase- Panya and Asibgbekorpe- Fantivikorpe.
